Translumina World

Translumina is a whole group of different companies, whereas Translumina Holding AG is the common holding company that owns the different daugther companies of the group.

In each country, where Translumina is doing business, the group is represented by a related "Translumina Networks" company, such as "Translumina Networks Germany AG" for Germany. These in-country entities own the local service providing infrastructure and are the legal holders of the related telecom and media distribution licences.

Translumina Media AG secures the license rights (e.g. movie distribution rights) for distributing TV and video on demand services.

Translumina Trading AG is the world-wide supplier for all equipment, such as set-top boxes, which might be required for enjoying the services provided by the local Translumina Networks company.

Translumina Finance AG, finally, is active as an investment boutique securing the funding for the build-out of our infrastructure, in particular for funding FTTH/FTTB projects (fibre access networks).

In addition to this, Translumina Holding has aquired strategic shareholdings (of up to 100%) in a number of innovative technology companies, which are key for Translumina's service solutions. Examples of such companies are: Lambdastream, three60mobile telecom, Comitas, TPN, Collanos and 802Works. Translumina also maintains close and strategic relations to NetModule, Patton-Inalp, AareNet, CTModule and BlueBit.
