Premium Access

Premium Access has been designed to meet the demand of businesses asking for highest quality and availability in remote areas and regions. Premium Access enables concurrent broadband data access (ADSL, SDSL, RDSL) and voice traffic. RDSL stands for our own brand "Regional available DSL" over fibre offering symmetrical datarates ranging from 2 Mbps to 100 Mbps. The Voice quality is comparable to the the well known ISDN Services.

Symmetric broadband services enable high performance internet access. Sending e-mails is no longer a nightmare due to asymmetric bandwidth. The phone quality is not affected by the data access due to the seamless integration of voice and data services using a buit-in quality of service management. We offer data-rates of 2, 4, 10, 20, 50 and 100 Mbps.

Premium Voice

Premium Voice is preferrably installed in combination with Premium data, offering voice services in ISDN quality at lowest possible costs for your business. The entire ISDN functionality is implemented. All legal requirements are implemented. E.g. emergency numbers are implemented correctly, lawful interception is possible according national requirements, preselection and porting phone numbers is possible due to a full SS7-interconnection implementation and the reporting meets all legal requirements.

Calls between members of the Translumina voice platform are free. Premium Voice and our SIP servicdes complement one another and allow the seamless integration of home workers into our company pricing plan - e.g. free calls between the company subscribers and low fares for calls outside the company.

Value Added Services

VAS such as voice mail box, conferenz calls, encryption and many more, are an integrative component of Premium Access Services. The VAS are subject to constant development. E-office services will be available shortly. EFT/POS, Fax, DTMF are fully supported on Premium Access Services an within our VAS.

Availability

The availability is guaranteed with 99,99%. Professional Service Level Agreements are available upon request.

Increased Security

Our fallback-solution enables a real voice service redundency. Since we are operating a fully independent data and voice platform, we are able to build real redudandent networks, using the conventional data and voice providers as fallback channels. Company data and voice streams can be fully encrypted with all known encryption mechanisms at your choice.

Bandwidth

Premium Access services are offered with data-rates of 2, 4, 10, 20, 50 and 100 Mbps. The data volume is not limited.
